Upgrades to Booderee National Park’s road system will continue throughout the year. This includes improvements to Wreck Bay Road, which will commence on Monday 28 April.

The upgrades to Wreck Bay Road will be extensive and include regrading and remedial works, and installation of new safety signage and guard rail systems in identified areas.

Wreck Bay Road will remain open during roadworks, but drivers may experience some delays. Traffic management will be in place to minimise disruptions.

The project is expected to take up to four months to complete, with updates to be shared with community throughout the project via the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council and the Booderee National Park website.

The road upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to improve road conditions and enhance safety at Booderee National Park.

Parks Australia apologises for any inconvenience these works may cause and appreciates your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact WreckBayRoad@dcceew.gov.au.
