Upgrades to the Booderee National Park entry precinct will commence in early February 2026. The upgrades include traffic flow redirection, pavement remediation, construction of new concrete footpaths, roundabout upgrade, new signage and line marking.

These works aim to reduce congestion, improve safety for all road users and provide better long-term facilities for Booderee National Park.

Booderee National Park and the Visitor Centre will remain open during this work, but some delays may be experienced when entering and exiting the park. Please allow extra travel time and follow traffic management signs.

During peak visitation times such as school holidays, works will be reduced to minimise impacts to park access.

Regular updates on the project delivery including any changes to park entry and access, will be communicated to visitors and stakeholders.

The upgrades are expected to be completed in September 2026.
